Since establishing the company in 2007, Alicia has built a dedicated team of event specialists and creative thinkers who operate with a thoughtful, intuitive approach, prioritizing close collaboration with clients, respectful partnership with creative teams, and an unwavering commitment to flawless execution.
Known for her discerning eye and calm, methodical leadership, Alicia guides clients through the planning and design process with confidence and care. Alexis Calabrese leads the planning and execution of complex, private, multi-day celebrations. A true powerhouse within the firm, she brings a broad depth of expertise in luxury event production, paired with a strong foundation in legal and real estate that enhances strategic planning and execution.
As the lead on major projects, she oversees client, family, and vendor communication, develops comprehensive timelines and design decks, manages budgets, and leads teams through event weekends with precision and clarity. Known for her steady leadership and detail-driven approach, she ensures every event is seamlessly executed from first touchpoint through final breakdown.

Devin Swick serves as an event designer and planner at A Day in May Events, bringing experience shaped by mentorship from leading luxury wedding planners and designers. With a focus on event design, stationery, bridal styling, and tabletop curation, Devin brings a seamless blend of creativity and precision to every celebration.
She offers a strong foundation in luxury event production logistics and multi-day event coordination, supporting the planning and execution of complex weddings and private events. Amy plays an integral role in supporting the planning and execution of a wide range of events. She brings a high level of organization and adaptability to every dynamic environment she works within. Amy’s responsibilities include assisting with budget oversight, nurturing vendor relationships, coordinating site visits and meetings, managing logistics and travel details, and contributing to comprehensive event timelines. She also plays a key role in office coordination and operational organization, helping to ensure a seamless internal workflow and a thoughtful, elevated client experience.
