The rustic and expansive Crooked Creek Ranch in Cedar, Michigan provided the ideal canvas for Chrissy and Sean’s fall wedding. The picturesque October afternoon played host to a beautiful outdoor ceremony on the lawn followed by a playful cocktail hour complete with a variety of lawn games. Dinner was held under a canopy of light and the flickering of chandeliers. As the evening progressed, the elaborately transformed centennial barn was revealed and the celebration continued.
Shades of aubergine, chestnut, and moss green mimicked the picturesque landscape. The combination of textured linens with layered metallics and contrasting black and white details were accented by elaborate and colorful decor. The barn, a urban chic club atmosphere, brought the contemporary style of the bride and groom’s home in Minneapolis to the shores of South Lake Leelanau.
